German said they didn't keep in contact with him and he had to chase them. His vehicle was a week late for a parts delay. Mr. Jean didn't do a very good job, affecting the estimate, but he chose not to elaborate. Since he wasn't contacted, he was dissatisfied with the treatment and communication. He won't recommend them due to their lack of customer service. This business had his vehicle from May 18-June 6 for tires and rims. He expected better from a business related to a dealership.
