Joseph said the work was was supposed to take 45 minutes, but they had the vehicle for 2 and a half hours, even though he had an appointment. He was not given an explanation for his wait, but they seemed to be short-staffed. He said the representative he worked with was nice enough and he was doing the best he could, but there were about 7 people waiting on him to finish their vehicles. If they knew his vehicle was going to take longer then 45 minutes they should have told him so he could have just dropped the vehicle off. He said he didn't have an estimate prepared because they were doing warranty work. There was no need for communication about the work because it was a simple job.
