Michael said he didn't have much communication with this business, but his vehicle came back looking good. He said the work took three weeks longer than he expected, but he does not know the reason for the delay. They did not call him back when they should have, and when he called them back the representative was not always available to speak with him. He was unhappy with this business' communication because they did not set an exact due date.
