Jenna said she has to take her vehicle back to the business because there are screws missing that hold the front bumper on. She said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised because they are still waiting on a part to come in and she is still waiting for their call. She added the estimator, Dan, kept them well informed and did a very good job.
