Bill said they treated him well and took care of him promptly. It took three weeks to repair the vehicle, but it wasn't their fault. The parts took time to come in. He bought the vehicle pre-owned from this business and they have serviced the vehicle. The vehicle was ready a day late, but it was not that critical. He said he does not remember the reason for the delay, but he thinks it was because they needed one more part that they did not anticipate. He he was treated well and the gentleman he worked with even recognized his voice over the phone.
