Harry said the repairs to the vehicle took an additional week and a half because they found additional damage. He had to call them for status updates. The person who prepared the estimate was not thorough because there was more damage than what had been originally indicated. The communication was poor because they did not notify him when the vehicle was ready. Although they did a good job on the repairs, he will not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
