Mary said everything was great. Everyone at the business is personable and nice, which is very important to her. She went to the business as a result of hitting a median on the freeway. They replaced the tire on the left side, but said they could not align it due to a part that was bent on the back rear. They told her it would cost $1,500 to replace the part and it would be fine to drive the vehicle that way for about a year. Because she is planning on purchasing another vehicle, this was acceptable to her. However, when driving, another motorist honked at her and told her that her wheel was shaking and looked like it may pop off. She brought her vehicle back to the business where they are replacing the part. She does not blame the business for this and is using a rental vehicle at this time. She is happy that she has the same contact person who knows her and her vehicle.This is very helpful to her.The vehicle was to be ready on Monday, yet she has not received a call from them. Anytime she needs information, she has to call them.
