Bill said his estimator was great. She was customer friendly and customer oriented. He was unhappy with the paint work because it did not match up. He had his hatch replaced and it was not aligned properly. There were a couple of other things wrong, but he could not remember them off hand. He contacted the business and they told him he had a lifetime warranty on the work. His estimator did a very good job at handling the problem. He brought his vehicle back in for repair. However, the paint is still lighter than the rest of the vehicle and his hatch is still misaligned.
