Spoke with Kathleen. She said she went in two weeks earlier and gave them all of her information. When she took her vehicle in they couldn't find her information. She had to do it all over again. She had her oil changed. They put a sticker in her window. She said later they weren't sure if the oil was changed, so the communication could have been improved.
