Robert said he owns a 2010 Equinox LTZ and he scratched the paint with his belt buckle. He took the vehicle to this business and paid $207 for the scratches to be buffed out. When he came to get it the scratches were still there. Beddie, the person he worked with, told him she would take the vehicle back and have it fixed because there was an air bubble in the paint as well. He has not been able to take the vehicle back in because of his schedule but she treated him like someone who spent over $1000 on his repairs. He did not have any communication with them. This is his first experience owning a Chevrolet and from the exposure he has had with this business he will come back again and again.
