Leroy said he dealt with the service department of their affiliated dealership. The molding was being replaced on his vehicle under warranty. He was told it would take 1 week, but it took 5 weeks. He was told they could not put the molding on because it was raining, then the wrong part came in and they had to reorder it. He did not have any direct communication with the business that was doing the work. He was completely satisfied with the work they performed.
