James said he took his vehicle into this business in early August and he just got a rocket panel and hub cap for the after market parts recently. This is why his vehicle was not ready when promised. He also mentioned his vehicle is still having noise in the area of the damage and he plans on taking it back to this business or the dealership where he bought it to have it checked. He stated his vehicle was ready weeks before he found out because he was never called by the staff at this business. He said he had to call every time to check the status of his vehicle and called for weeks from August up until now and never received a phone call from them. For the reasons already mentioned he would not recommend this business to others.
