Raymond said this business took a long time. They took 28 days instead of the initial 12 day estimate, and did not inform him of the delay until the third week of the repair. They told him there were parts that needed to be ordered before the vehicle was completed. At one point they called and told him his vehicle was ready when it was not. There was a lot of miscommunication. The bodywork was well done, but the customer service was not. He would not commend this business due to the reasons mentioned.
