Diego said the quality of the body work was fine, but not the motor. The motor was running fine before the accident. When he brought his vehicle to the business they spent 40 days working on his vehicle. When it was returned to him he brought it back because there was an issue with the motor. They kept his vehicle another 2 to 3 weeks. They told him his motor was dead and the insurance company would not cover the repair because the motor damage was not related to the accident. They returned his vehicle and told him it would cost him $5,000 to repair it. His vehicle was 35 days late because they were having parts and shipping issues. He said he had to initiate phone calls to the business to receive updates. He wasn't satisfied with the communication for the above reasons regarding the parts and shipping issues. He would not recommend the business for repairs based on this experience.
