Spoke with Kirk. He said he did not have a good experience at this business. He needed to take his vehicle back to them. The battery to his vehicle was dead when he got it back. He had to buy a new one. A rat chewed through a wire in the front of the hood. That had to be fixed. This business took too long to complete the repairs. They should have taken 30 days. They took 45 days. The promise date changed 4 times. The insurance wanted to stop payment on the rental vehicle. The insurance company kept pushing him to find out why they were taking so long. He kept having to telephone them to find out what was going on with his vehicle. The only employee he dealt with was Rusty. He did a fine job, but he was not on top of things. He did not know the status of his vehicle at any point. There was no communication. There was something messed up with the structure of their business. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
