Roxanne said she gave the 3 because there was a mix up in appointment times and only the lady at the front desk knew when she was scheduled. She had gone first to the service center and was told no one knew about her appointment and then she saw the business and it was straightened out. Also, she had to call and check on the vehicle because no one called her.
