Nikolaos said they did not call every day to tell him about the status of his vehicle. He was not told when the vehicle would be ready. He had to call them to find out. When he called they told him his vehicle would be ready the same day in the afternoon. He said they should have at least called the day before to let him know it would be ready the next day. He said he had another vehicle repaired elsewhere and they called everyday to let him know where it was at in the repair schedule. This business should call everyday or at least email everyday about the progress of the repairs.
