Karen said she will be taking her vehicle back to this business because there is another problem. Her hatchback does not go up all the way. She has to stop and push it up another foot. She did not realize it was broken until she got home. The paint color on the bumper did not match the rest of her vehicle. The bumper was a different shade of white than the rest of her vehicle. Rusty, an employee, was very nice and did not argue with her, he just re-did it. She understood what he was saying about the difference of the paint on plastic and metal. She wanted her vehicle to be the same color. They did a good job overall on the repairs.
