Spoke with Patty. She said they are always excellent. There have not been any issues with the business until the recent visit. They were over 4 hours late finishing the vehicle. The bumper had a scratch on it and they had to search for another vehicle. The shuttle driver was very polite and efficient. She had gone to the sales department at the associated dealership to purchase a vehicle. Her husband was planning to buy a $65,000 vehicle but wanted to think about it. A staff member kept calling him and was very pushy, so her husband decided not to purchase the vehicle. She really liked the vehicle. She didn't receive any updates during the repair process. She found out the vehicle would be delayed when she called to check on the status of the repair process. She wasn't satisfied with the communication for reasons stated.
