Shari said the facility did not notify her that the vehicle was ready. There is a missing piece to the back bumper and she will be going in next week to see what they can do about this. They also opened up the back and took out the jack but did not put it back and just left it behind the seat area. The promised time was 10 days but it took 12 days and no one called her about this. The manager told her the person working on her vehicle had left. She had to call them and for these reasons, she is not satisfied with the communication and will not be recommending them.
