Randy said he had to take the vehicle back. They hadn't finished the job. There was a spot they didn't paint. They had called to say the vehicle was ready and to come pick it up. They said they weren't going to pay for another day of rental. They called an hour and a half before they closed. He had to drop everything at work to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle wasn't ready. He had to take the vehicle back because of the paint job. They missed an area. It took an extra 3 days. It was a minor repair. It should've only taken 2 or 3 days to begin with. They should check the vehicle over first before calling to have the person pick up the vehicle.
