Mike said this business could have kept him better informed on what was going on with his vehicle. His vehicle was ready earlier than promised but they did not let him know that it was. They did not give him updates. He said he was not involved with the estimator. He has been to this business before and they always do a good job. They promised him a touch up on the paint. He called them twice about it and they have not responded. He would like a call. The representative is not good on follow-up calls.
