Guadalupe said the condition that she got her vehicle back in did not give a very good first impression. When she first opened her door, her seat was not put back properly. She is unsure if her vehicle was ready when promised because they gave her an original date and an unspecified part failed a test so they had to go back and fix it. Her vehicle was ready by the second date they told her. She said that she did not have any communication with the business.
