John said he is very disappointed with the quality of the parts used on his vehicle because they are substandard and did not fit. The repair on the vehicle has not been completed because he is waiting for an unspecified part. The wrong wheel and tire were ordered for the vehicle, which delayed the repair for two weeks. Once the vehicle went into quality control, all the communication regarding the repair stopped. As a result of this visit, he would not recommend the facility to others.
