Lynn said they told her the repairs would take 3 or 4 days but it took 15 days while they waited for parts. When she pointed out the concussion of the accident caused the controls for the air conditioner to break loose the representative at first told her that was not caused by the accident. That was the only reason she was not happy with the treatment she received. Eventually the insurance company agreed to pay for the repairs to the interior. The vehicle looked really nice after they fixed it.
