Jim said the business had his vehicle for a long time. When he picked up the vehicle, the fog lights would not come on. One of the headlights was clear and the other one was blue. The vehicle was scheduled to be ready by the 16th but the business had his vehicle for two months. The vehicle was delayed until the 23rd because they realized the frame was bent and had to straighten it out. He was not given any additional reasons for the remainder of the delay. He did not receive any updates during the repair process. When he went in to speak with Dave, he was always very good and he was satisfied when communicating with him.
