Graig said that there was a miscommunication of when his vehicle was ready for pick up because the business was unsatisfied with the paint work and wanted to fix it. He did not elaborate on the length of the delay. He said that the paint does not meet his satisfaction. He noted that the text messages he received and the actual progress of the repairs were not in sync.
