Spoke with Viden. He said he was not fully satisfied with the way the employees at this business treated him. They were doing their job and following the instructions of the insurance claim, but he said he felt that they should be working for him. Technically, they did not understand his claim. He was not kept informed during the repair process, He had to call the business a couple of times. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the employees because they did not want to take care of him. He did not have any direct contact with the business. He would not recommend this business because they just did their job and did not take care of him.
