Margaret said she rated her overall satisfaction with them a 3. She had to take her vehicle back. There were chips in the paint. There were also some places that looked dull that needed to be buffed out. They took care of it. She noticed the weather strip they put on didn't stick with the glue they used. She has to take her vehicle back again to have them fix that. Her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. It was supposed to take 2 days. It ended up taking 5 days. She had to call a couple of times to see what was going on. They did call her at the end to let her know her vehicle was ready. She doesn't know what the delay was. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. She wouldn't recommend them to others because of the original quality. It concerned her. She said they should've gotten it right the first time. It was time and inconvenience taking the vehicle back.
