Dan said he was not satisfied with the repair due to dents still being on the body of the vehicle. He mentioned there were still some areas of the vehicle not painted the right color, and the areas that were painted black were actually supposed to be white. The business promised him to be done in 2 to 3 weeks, but it ended up being a whole month due to additional work. They never kept him informed on the process of his vehicle and he had to keep checking. When he went to pick up his vehicle there was a crack in the front windshield and he told the associate about it. The service associate then paid him $300 for the damage to the windshield. When he was looking at his vehicle he noticed greasy smudges on the floorboards and mats. There was a split in the interior of the back driver side, and when he told the associate and the associate told him the vehicle is just old. He mentioned he knows for a fact he did not have that split in the interior before he brought his vehicle in to the business. He said he is very dissatisfied with the customer service of the business. He will not recommend the business due to the reasons mentioned previously.
