Lee said this business did the job right, but they did not keep her informed. She noted that the repair was delayed by weeks, for when they were doing the repairs they kept finding more damage. She had no problems with the delay because she wanted her vehicle to be repaired right. They did not call her, so she had to call them to get updates. She also noted that their estimator did not accurately measure the damage at all, so they had to redo the estimate when they got the vehicle.
