Donald said his vehicle is still not fixed properly, and it has a few issues. The bumper has a bigger gap, it appears like it is not aligned properly. The vehicle shakes, and they were supposed to provide an alignment service on his vehicle. George failed to advise the insurance carrier they were going to keep his vehicle longer. As a result, he had to pay out-of-pocket expenses for the rental vehicle. However he spoke with the insurance carrier, and they are supposed to send him a supplement for the rental vehicle coverage. As a result, he will never use the business for repair services again. The staff was cool, but he had to initiate the phone calls to obtain updated information.
