Otis said this business took a week longer to complete the repairs due to a parts delay. He would call and they told him they would call back and they never did. He was not satisfied with the estimate given because it was for the wrong vehicle, it was for an F-250 and his vehicle is an F-350. The manager was great and once he took control of the situation, he was able to resolve the issues to his satisfaction.
