Jose said the experience was good, but it took a while. His vehicle sat for three days before anything was done. When he asked them about it they told him it was because of the insurance company and that they were waiting for them. He called his insurance company and they told him they were waiting for this business. He said after that things got started. The communication between the insurance company and the business could be better.
