Spoke with Casey. She said this business had her vehicle for 10 days. She brought her vehicle in because someone had broken into her vehicle and she was concerned about the vehicle being clean because she has children. The personnel assured her that they would clean her vehicle, but they did not clean it at all. There was plastic, paper, and glass inside the vehicle. They did not replace the factory tint on the window. She called this business and they told her to bring her vehicle back. She said she has a busy work schedule and she uses her vehicle for work, so she needs to make arrangements to get the issue resolved. The vehicle still smells like it has been sitting inside a garage. She said every time she needed to get information on the status of her vehicle she had to call them for updates. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
