Jonathan said he is very upset at the fact that there was some confusion with the person that prepared his estimate. He was given a total of what his repairs were going to cost which he was fine with. When he went to pay he was told that the part he paid for cost $25 and the total was going to be about $460 because the labor was $400 by itself. He would not have paid $400 for labor for a $25 part if that was explained to him in the beginning. Other than that everything was top notch.
