Olga said the customer service was horrible. She said they did not answer her phone calls or return her messages. The vehicle sat at the business for three weeks before they even started the work because they were waiting for parts. She had asked them to only use new parts and she told them she was willing to pay for the difference in parts because her vehicle was new. She said they installed used parts and she did not find out until after the vehicle was returned to her. They did not tell her how long the work was going to take. They did not keep her updated during the repair. She was not satisfied with the estimate because she wanted new parts installed and they repaired the vehicle with used parts. When she called to ask about the vehicle no one would have any information and they did not know where the vehicle was. She would not recommend this business to others, nor would she return in the future based on this experience.
