Robert said this business did lousy work and the customer service was bad at first. He said they did not fix his vehicle right and they did not communicate with him at all. He drove down to the business twice and they had not ordered the windshield or other parts for his vehicle. He said he has special wheels for the vehicle and they did not call him and ask him where he got the wheels, which delayed the process by another week. The person who was assigned to his vehicle had no communication or customer service skills and they did not follow up with his whatsoever. He said he talked to the new manager and they were very apoplectic, understanding, polite and sincere. The manager assured him that the issue would never happen again and that he was trying to address the situation. He said he is forgiving and he likes to give second chances, so he would recommend this business and give them a second chance.
