Gerard said he did not recall if they gave him a promised time for delivery of his vehicle but he was told he would be called on Wednesday or Friday. He was not called by Friday so he called them. They were closed and he was told he would have to pick up his vehicle on Saturday. He works on Saturday so he would have to rearrange his schedule to get the vehicle on that day. He was then told he had to get the rental vehicle back or he would have to pay for the additional days. He missed 4 hours of work and went in to the rental business to return his vehicle. He was told at Enterprise his vehicle had been paid for through the following Wednesday so he had 3 more days left. They could use a lot of work on their communication but he would still recommend this business to others because they do great body and paint work.
