Ajay said he rated his experience a 3 because of the quality control process and the communication. For right now, he is satisfied with the quality of the repair but it took him 3 trips for them to get things corrected. He had to go back because the logo on the bumper was slanted, the rubber lining on the bumper sensors were pressed in and a part of the trunk was broken. He had to be calling them on the repair process. From a customer service standpoint, it was excellent but they didn't pay attention to detail and to the overall quality of the repair. He doesn't know about the underneath quality other than the superficial look of the repair. Because of these reasons, he's unable to recommend this facility to others.
