Beatriz said she was dissatisfied with the quality of the repair. She has taken her vehicle back to this business four times and her car still screeches at the impact point. She is also dissatisfied because the last time she brought her vehicle back she had made an appointment for the repair and this business did not have a rental vehicle ready for her. She also was not given a time for when her vehicle would be ready for reasons she was unsure of but was told her vehicle was with a specialist. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process for reasons she is unsure of and is dissatisfied with this business' communication due to this. As a result of this business she would not recommend this business for service due to the complications she experienced and because she has been to this business consistently for the same problem since November.
