Penny said she rated her overall experience with the business a 3, because they had her vehicle for a little over a month. The repair service is still not completed. She was satisfied with the quality of the repairs made on her vehicle, except for 1 issue. The representatives need to replace the black stripping on the outside of her vehicle. The representatives advised they would call her to resolve the issue, as soon as the black stripping arrived. They did order the part for the stripping. The business did not give her a promised time when the repair service would be completed. During the first week, her insurance company was at fault, because they sent her the estimate. They were supposed to send the estimate to the business. They also had to out source some of the work to the dealership. During the repair services, they advised the repair service would take about 2 weeks. Then they extended the promised time another week. However it wasn't until the following week, the repair service was completed. The representative who completed the thoroughness of the estimate was very nice.
