Spoke with Virginia. She said this business had to add more things to the estimate. The original estimate they came up with was wrong. The vehicle was a couple days late due to a parts delay. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because this business never contacted them. The only time they called was to tell them they had to add more things to the estimate.
