Loretta said they kept in contact with her regarding updated information about her vehicle. They did perform a good job, but they did miss 1 spot on the passenger door. The spot was about 3-4 inches long. The spot looks like they placed tape on the vehicle. They worked with her and they also answered all of her questions. They advised they would fix her vehicle if she wasn't completely satisfied. As a result, she plans on bringing her vehicle back to the business next week to see what could be done to resolve the issue to her satisfaction.
