"Birthday Happiness"
The smile on my husband's face told the story. Lorton Auto detailed his car for me as a birthday gift. He was thrilled and so was I. John guided me in my decision and the guys did an awesome job in making it happen. So glad to have found this business!

"Windshield Wipers"
Last week my wife got caught out in a thunderstorm and found our windshield wipers were badly deteriorated. I called Lorton Auto to see if they could replace my wipers without me having to wait a long time. Gabe, the service manager, told me to come in anytime and they could probably get me in and out within an hour. I took it in last Tuesday morning and was in and out in 20 minutes. The new wipers work great!

"Washer fluid pump leak"
Been coming here for 4 years.Great service.Took my car in for a washer fluid leak, they brought it in right away to take a look and found that the grommet around the pump was bad and also the pump was leaking. Parts were ordered and repaired the next day. Thanks guys.

"Friendly, knowledgable, good price and trustworthy"
I need scheduled maintenance for a Mercedes, they did everything the book listed for a set price well below dealer price and then said two extra dealer "recommended" tasks did not need to be done. That's what I call trustworthy. And new this time, I got an email with my whole service detailed for me to keep for future ref.

"Close by convenience."
Forgot to top off my windshield wiper fluid during oil change (my indicator light for fluid was on at drop off and when I left) . Minor, but makes me think about what else could have been missed. Excellent customer service.

"Fuel Line Leak"
I have 1992 Honda Accord. My fuel line was leaking, so the car was unsafe to drive. I was also aware that my battery might be bad. Normally I would try to charge the battery by running the engine at a high idle but with a fuel line leak I was afraid of a fire. So I took the Honda to Lorton Auto Service Center (LASC). The people at LASC were very friendly and courteous. They warned me it might take over a day to complete repairs. This time frame was OK for me so I left the car at LASC. The car was repaired in less than 24 hours and I was driving it the next day with no problems.

Gabe, John, and the mechanics at Lorton Auto Service Center provide top notch customer service and genuinely seem like good people; they also do quality work. I got a bolt lodged in one of my tires. I took it to Lorton Auto the next morning, and they repaired the tire in 30 minutes - for free! Definitely going back to them in the future.
