I'm not a mechanic but I believe that over the years I have received consistently frank but honest assessments of my needs for various cars - including things that can be deferred. This includes my latest 'acquisition' - a 1998 Lincoln Navigator that is the proverbial low-mileage car owned by someone who just did a few thousand miles of city driving each year. Orlando assessed it, reviewed the necessary repairs - and what type of maintenance could be deferred - and the work was done on time as described.
