Syreeta said she has been using this business for years but her last experience with them was not good. She had to take her vehicle back twice within a week for things they did not catch. She is also concerned about the work they did. They had explained to her that she had a head gasket leak and that they filled it. When she spoke to other people, they said head gasket leaks can also cause engine damage, which they should have checked for.

Syreeta,I am sorry that you had a bad experience on your last visit. When you came in the first time we replaced the radiator that was leaking. When we returned the car to you everything was working fine. Then your radiator fan had failed, and we replaced it for the cost of the parts and no labor charges. We also installed some stop leak because when you overheated the engine the second time it damaged the head gasket. It isn't that we didn't catch your problem it was due to two different problems. We tried to explain everything to you but evidently we had some miss communication. Please accept our apology.
