Carol said the vehicle was due in the morning but was not ready till the afternoon because of a parts delay. Due to this delay the vehicle received hail damage. The business offered and fixed the hail damage and gave her a rental vehicle. She said while driving the vehicle home after service the vehicle broke down due to the battery cables not being connected. The business apologized and offered to fix it but her husband fixed the issue for her.
