Dawn said she was not satisfied with her overall experience at this facility because she felt they took too long to complete the repairs over a minor issue. She was not given a promise date. She contacted them frequently requesting a time of completion and she could not get anyone to commit to a date. She was not contacted to her satisfaction during this visit. She was not happy with their communication because she had a rental vehicle which she was paying for out of pocket for and could have lessened the costs if the repairs were completed sooner. She would not recommend this facility to others over reasons already stated.
