Marvin said this business released his vehicle and the repairs were not properly completed. He mentioned there were scratches along with red marks on his roof and an 18 inch crack in his windshield on the drivers side. He was told by the business they did not install windshield and he would have to make an insurance claim because it happened while at this business. They then contracted the work out to be done at his home. He was not given a promise time by this business. He mentioned the business did not contact him during the repair process and he had to initiate contact to get information on the repair. He was not satisfied with the communication for reasons already mentioned. He will be returning to this business because he feels this was an isolated incident.
